Atoll Heaven

Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment Policy

To secure your booking, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of confirmation based on the resort requirement. Prices may fluctuate based on demand, availability, and seasonal rates. Payment methods vary by destination, and additional charges may apply for certain transactions. Early reservations are recommended to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.

All payments must be completed within the specified timeframe to avoid cancellation. Any modifications to your booking may be subject to availability and additional costs. Please review the specific payment terms of your chosen resort or package before finalizing your reservation to avoid unexpected charges.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change, and cancellations can be unavoidable. Cancellation policies vary depending on the resort, season, and booking terms. Clients are advised to check the specific cancellation terms before confirming their reservation. Refund eligibility is subject to the timeframe of cancellation—last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in full charges. Some bookings, especially those made during peak seasons or under special promotions, may be non-refundable or subject to higher cancellation fees.

If a cancellation request is made within the allowable period, a refund may be processed based on the resort’s policy, minus any applicable fees. Refunds may take time to reflect, depending on the payment method used. In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or political unrest, alternative arrangements may be offered instead of refunds. Any refund disputes must be resolved directly with the respective resort. If you wish to modify your booking instead of canceling, we will assist in rebooking based on availability, though additional charges may apply. To avoid unexpected charges, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations and unforeseen travel disruptions.

Liability for Damages

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the resort’s property, including furniture, fixtures, and amenities, during their stay. Any repair or replacement costs incurred due to negligence, misuse, or intentional harm must be settled directly with the resort. Atoll Heaven is not liable for disputes arising from such incidents. To prevent unexpected charges, we encourage guests to handle resort property with care and report any damages immediately to the management.

Changes in Itinerary and Force Majeure

Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or airline disruptions may necessitate changes to your itinerary. While we strive to provide the best possible experience, Atoll Heaven reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to force majeure events beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements may be offered, subject to availability. Refunds or compensation for changes will depend on supplier policies. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected disruptions, ensuring peace of mind throughout your journey.

Travel Documents and Responsibilities

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visa, and any required permits for their destination. Passports must have at least six months of validity from the date of arrival. Failure to meet entry requirements may result in denied boarding or entry, for which we hold no responsibility.

For travelers visiting the Maldives and Cambodia, visa policies vary. The Maldives offers a free 30-day visa on arrival for most nationalities, but travelers must complete an online Traveler Health Declaration before arrival. Cambodia requires a visa, which can be obtained online (e-visa) or upon arrival, depending on nationality. We advise all travelers to check official government websites for the latest visa regulations, as policies may change.

Travelers are also responsible for ensuring compliance with any health and safety regulations imposed by their destination country. Additionally, it is crucial to stay informed about customs regulations, including restrictions on duty-free allowances and prohibited items. Failure to comply with these regulations may lead to penalties, confiscation of items, or denial of entry. We recommend reviewing travel advisories before departure to avoid any complications.

Atoll Heaven is not liable for any disruptions caused by missing, invalid, or incorrect travel documents. In case of visa rejections, denied entry, or delays due to incomplete paperwork, travelers must resolve the issue directly with the relevant authorities. To ensure a seamless travel experience, we strongly encourage guests to verify document requirements well in advance and seek assistance from the respective embassies if necessary.
