    A 30-day tourist visa is granted upon arrival in the Maldives to citizens from all nations. Eligible individuals may apply for a special long-term visa extension. Travelers must hold a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity remaining. Additionally, all passengers arriving are mandated to complete an online Travelers Declaration at https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv within 96 hours prior to their departure to Male.

    The Maldives enjoys a consistently warm and humid climate year-round. The country experiences two primary seasons: the southwest monsoon, or wet season, which typically lasts from mid-May to October and is regarded as the low season. This period draws numerous travelers seeking attractive deals offered by hotels. Conversely, the northeast monsoon, known as the dry season or high season, runs from December to April.     Upon your arrival at Male International Airport, your transfer to the resort will commence directly from the airport island. The mode of transfer may vary, including options such as a connecting speedboat for nearby resorts, a seaplane transfer, or a combination of a domestic flight followed by a speedboat, depending on your arrival time and the distance to your resort. Specifically, resorts that utilize seaplane transfers can only arrange these for guests arriving in the Maldives before 3 PM and departing after 9 AM, as seaplane operations are limited to daylight hours.

    The best time to visit Cambodia is generally between November and February, during the dry season. This period offers cooler temperatures and lower humidity, making it ideal for sightseeing and outdoor activities.
